Prior to an initial assessment session, you will be offered a free, 15 minute phone consultation with no obligation to begin therapy.

Therapy sessions tend to last 50 minutes to an hour and typically cost £90, however the prices can vary dependent on whether the sessions are accessed privately or through a company. Longer sessions may be required for EMDR and some trauma work and the price will increase to reflect this on these sessions.

Sessions are offered face to face or remotely via video call. 

These prices are based on a self-referral, if a company referral is made which requires additional admin, these prices may change.

Payment is to be made via bank transfer at least 24 hours in advance of the session. This payment confirms your attendance. If this is not something that you are able to do, please get in touch and we can discuss an alternative.

If you need to cancel a session, please give at least 48 hours’ notice or you will be charged for the full session.

If you are late for a session, you will still be charged for the full session and the session will finish at the same time as scheduled
