‘Jess was fantastic throughout the whole process, she explained everything in detail from start to finish, was patient throughout the process (even with me in tears and doubled over in pain from anxiety) and provided guidance throughout. It was good to see how Jess was able to adapt to certain scenarios, thinking outside the box and providing different tools for each individual to help with their therapy. One of the benefits of the sessions is I actually learnt what works and what doesn’t work for me and how I begin to process my own information’.
