We all know that it can be hard to find time for regular therapy sessions, or it can be hard to wait for support if you’re on a waiting list. This can lead us to search for information on the internet, but how do we know whether the advice is reputable? And how do we deal with lots of conflicting information? If you have a question that you’d like me (Jess) to answer, then please submit it below. I will aim to get back to you within 3 working days with a thorough answer for you. Have a look through my website and on my social media pages to check I have the right experience for your question first, then fill out the details below. The question might be about therapy in general, or it might be about managing OCD, or supporting someone with this. It might also be a question about how to look after yourself when parenting, or where to look for some further support. Whatever it is, I will try to give you a starting point to help yourself or some next steps in getting further support.
