Everyone who is looking for therapy will initially be offered a free 15 minute consultation call. This isn’t a therapy call, it is a way for me to scope out if myself or my associates are a good fit for helping you and so that you can ask any specific questions you have and vibe-check what I am like and what we do.

If I think we aren’t suitable for what you need, I will do my best to signpost you to what I think might be a better option, because I know how hard it is to reach out for help and I want you to have the best chance of therapy working for you.

For myself, an hour session is £125 and usually takes place weekly or fortnightly. Sessions may be online or face to face in Warrington (on Wednesdays only).

The rates for one of my associates is £100 for an hour session, and usually takes place weekly or fortnightly- these sessions are always online only.

Please note that payments for sessions are due the day before sessions at the latest, and we require 48 hours’ notice to cancel a session or the full fee will be due. Payments are usually via BACS.
